Specialising in services for clients from teenagers to the elderly, Jenny is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all. As our Business Development Manager, she plays a pivotal role in generating innovative service opportunities and ensuring the highest quality through creative quality assurance strategies.

Within the NDIS, I’ve worked with participants across a range of ages and abilities – completing functional assessments, developing goal-oriented intervention plans, prescribing assistive technology, and advocating for supports.

Celia Mitchell is a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 10 years’ experience and a Master’s in Speech Pathology.

She specialises in voice therapy, social communication, and supporting neurodiverse individuals. With a strong background in the education sector, Celia has led inclusive programs for students with disabilities and facilitated social communication groups.

Passionate about voice intervention, she has delivered workshops on vocal health and supported transgender clients through the Safe Space initiative.

Celia’s evidence-based, collaborative approach ensures holistic, client-centred care. At Belong Healthcare, she draws on her extensive expertise to provide tailored, high-quality support for every individual.

With over 11 years of experience specialising in play-based therapy, literacy tuition, and supporting children with ASD, attention difficulties, and communication challenges.

He takes a strengths-based, child- and family-centered approach, prioritising respectful, neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Benjamin has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, utilising techniques such as the SonRise Program to build social connection and achieve developmental goals. His expertise includes speech and language therapy, auditory processing, and literacy interventions. He also provides clinical supervision for student and graduate speech pathologists, fostering professional growth within his field.

Freya has a particular interest in supporting people with neurological and swallowing difficulties.

Freya is passionate about helping people be active participants in their environment through person-centred care. She combines clinical expertise with empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to achieve their goals. Freya loves giving someone the tools to order their own coffee, answer the phone, and tell their own story.

When Freya is not at work, she enjoys cooking or walking along the Yarra River and listening to her favourite 80’s playlist.

Jade is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting communication, participation, and autonomy across the lifespan. She prioritises neuroaffirming practice and values working alongside clients and their support networks to understand each person’s unique strengths, preferences, and goals.

Connection and compassion are at the heart of Jade’s practice. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to work towards goals that are meaningful to them.

Jade is trained in the MIGDAS-2 autism assessment, Hanen programs, and Sounds-Write, and provides evidence-based support across a range of communication, social communication, literacy, and swallowing needs. She also has a particular interest in AAC.

What Jade enjoys most about being a Speech Pathologist is helping people of all ages communicate in ways that are meaningful to them and supporting greater independence in everyday life.
