Benefit to clients: Supports therapy goals in clinic and at a time and place that suits the client. Improved therapy engagement and outcomes as resources are individualised and appropriate. Ensures the best options and programs for individual clients.

Meetings (Internal and External)

  • School meetings
  • Meetings with external providers (e.g., support coordinators, medical specialists)
  • Case conference and planning for joint therapy sessions

Emails and Phone Calls
