Commitment to Safety and Quality

At Belong Healthcare, your experience and safety are paramount. We maintain rigorous Incident Reporting and Management protocols to continuously improve our services and safeguard our clients. All staff undergo training in incident reporting and are kept up-to-date with any procedural changes. If you are involved in an incident, whether it’s an injury or a near miss, we will actively involve you in both the reporting and review stages.

External Reporting

There may be instances where we are required to report incidents to external bodies such as the NDIS Commission, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, or the Office of the Information Commissioner. In such cases, our staff will engage with you to discuss the incident in detail and welcome your input for any subsequent recommendations or improvements.

Your Rights

At Belong Healthcare, we operate within various frameworks to protect your rights and ensure your dignity and safety while using our services. These frameworks include the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
