Step 1. Making a Referral

To make a referral navigate to our 'Make a Referral' button. Please ensure you include as much information about your client as possible. This detailed information helps our clinicians gain a comprehensive understanding of your client's needs, goals, and challenges. Once you have submitted a referral, our friendly admin team will contact you with the next steps..

Step 2. NDIS Plans & Funding Allocation

If you have consent to share your client's NDIS plan, this is incredibly valuable. It provides our clinicians with crucial insights to prepare for your client's initial assessment effectively. Please make sure to provide us with the allocated funding for these services. This enables our administrative team to specify this information in your client's service agreement, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Pricing Information

Please navigate to our 'Make a Referral' page to find detailed information on billing practices and how many hours to refer for each report type, including SILs, SDAs, FCAs, and AT reports. This will help you accurately allocate resources for your clients and ensure funding transparency. Follow Up Phone Call

After submitting a Belong Healthcare report, please schedule a follow-up phone call with our clinician for 6 weeks time. This feedback is invaluable to our clinicians and helps us understand how the report was received by the NDIS and if the participant received the funding they require. From here we can coordinate any necessary supports your client may need.
