NDIS Participant Pricing for Therapy Services

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy services tailored to NDIS participants. We understand that transparent and clear pricing is essential for our clients. Below, you’ll find detailed information on what NDIS participants can expect to pay for face-to-face appointments, travel, and distance travelled for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services.

Face-to-Face Appointments

For face-to-face appointments with our qualified therapists, NDIS participants can expect to pay the gazetted NDIS rate, which is currently set at $193.99 per hour. This rate applies to all standard therapy sessions

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)

The Functional Capacity Assessment involves a comprehensive evaluation process, including assessment, report writing, and review. This typically requires 10-15 hours of professional time. Additionally, travel will be calculated based on the gazetted NDIS rate of $193.99 plus an additional $1.00 per kilometre travelled.

Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessment

The Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessment is a thorough evaluation process that necessitates 20-25 hours for assessment, report writing, and review. As with the other assessments, travel will be calculated based on the gazetted NDIS rate of $193.99 plus an additional $1.00 per kilometre travelled.

Ensuring Adequate Funding

While our pricing ranges are designed to cover most typical scenarios, it's important to note that in some cases, additional funding may be necessary. For instance, high complexity cases may require extra resources. In such situations, we will communicate with the referring party to discuss potential options for securing additional funding to ensure the highest quality of care.

Supported Independent Living Assessment

For Supported Independent Living Assessments, which are crucial in determining the level of support needed, participants can anticipate an investment of 15-20 hours for assessment, report writing, and review. Similarly, travel will be calculated based on the gazetted NDIS rate of $193.99 plus an additional $1.00 per kilometre travelled.
